Website Terms

Basic terms governing use of the Firm Standard website.

Website purpose

This website provides general information about Firm Standard Marketing LLC and its marketing services for accounting firms. Website content is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, or compliance advice.

No guaranteed outcomes

Firm Standard does not guarantee a particular number of leads, clients, search rankings, revenue, impressions, or other business outcomes. Any examples or descriptions of potential benefits are illustrative and not promises of results.

Service engagements

A service engagement with Firm Standard is governed by the service agreement accepted by the Client. Scope, responsibilities, payment terms, revisions, approvals, intellectual property, termination, and other engagement terms are controlled by that agreement.

Direct-start engagements

The direct-start path is intended for firms that fit the standard Firm Standard engagement. Direct-start clients review and accept the service agreement before payment. If submitted information materially conflicts with the standard scope before onboarding begins, Firm Standard may contact the client to resolve the issue or refund the payment.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, brand elements, and original materials on this website are owned by Firm Standard Marketing LLC and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Third-party services

This website may link to or rely on third-party services such as Netlify and Stripe. Those services operate under their own terms and policies, and Firm Standard is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.

Changes

Firm Standard may update website content, pricing, service descriptions, and these website terms from time to time. The current version is the version posted here.
