When you submit a Fit Review, direct-start form, or service agreement acceptance, we may collect information such as your name, firm name, work email, website, role, services you want to grow, target audience, agreement acceptance details, and information you choose to provide in free-text fields.
What not to submit
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, passwords, banking credentials, client financial records, protected health information, or other sensitive personal or financial information through our website forms.
How we use information
We use submitted information to evaluate fit, respond to inquiries, provide proposals or onboarding information, deliver services, and maintain business records related to our relationship.
Website forms and hosting
This website is designed to be hosted on Netlify. Form submissions may be processed and stored by Netlify as part of its form-handling service. We may also receive form information by email or transfer relevant business information into our internal workflow tools.
Payments
Payments are handled through Stripe-hosted checkout or Stripe invoicing. Firm Standard does not receive or store full payment card numbers through this website. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, communicate with prospects or clients, or deliver contracted services, when reasonably necessary.
Retention
We retain business inquiry and client information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal or accounting obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records.
